You can reschedule at least 12 hours in advance using the Vagaro site or app. No need to contact us directly.

Cancellations within 24 hours or rescheduling within 12 hours cannot be done through Vagaro.

Please call us if you need assistance after these time limits.

If you miss your appointment without notice, the full service fee will be charged.
